Born in Rome in 1985, Mauro Vitturini studied math and physic at high school. He’s been involved in music until 2007, and the same year he started studying art and philosophy. After a brief humanistic experience at La Sapienza University of Rome, he graduated in Fine Arts in Rome.

His research is based on the analysis of reality's perception: his works are aimed at creating a short-circuit of the individual and cultural knowledge of things, and at analysing the relationship between mankind and their artifices.Through sound, space interaction, and a continuous semantic investigation, he highlights the unusual and undermines the conventional certainties, raising new questions.

He currently lives and works between Rome and London.
